Window and Door Service Tech- Glazier

Primary Job Functions:

·       -Diagnose deficiencies to accurately document information required for repair or manufacture warranty claims 

·       -Perform window and door hardware replacements

·       -Measure and install frameless glass showers

·       -Perform glass replacements and the glazing of new products

·       -Produce invoices and collect payments from clients upon completion

·       -Report any daily scheduling delays to the Service Co-Ordinator

·       -Measure and install security shutters and Executive screens

Secondary Job Functions:

·         -Delivery of products to job sites                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 -Supervise assistants
   -Promptly report any service requirements or damage to company vehicles  
   -Participate in the company clothing program
   -Maintain validity of all licences and certificates required for this position                                                                                                                                                                                 -Assist the installation team when required

Requirements

·          -Valid G driver’s licence and clean abstract
    -Valid First Aid certificate
    -Valid Working from Heights certificate
    -Ability to work co-operatively with a team
    -Excellent communication skills
    -Good mathematical skills                                                                                                                                                                               -Competent in the ability to use smart phones and related apps
    -Ability to work independently
    -Self motivated
